- Added Satellites, objects that can spawn with Asteroids and the player should not destroy.

- Points system reworked. Added extra points for moving, to encourage players not to stand idle waiting for the asteroids to come. Added extra points for Asteroids hard to destroy (faster Asteroids, Asteroids close to the borders).

- Score is now displayed directly on the screen at any time.

- Added sliders to adjust music, sound effects and in-game sounds with sliders.
